Once order received, products will be shipped within 14 days and then delivered within 14 working days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.jindalfoam.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer .

Return Policy:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 60 working days.
